Did you noticed the list above? If yes, they are all due to lifestyles.  And your current job is part of that lifestyle.

If a person is a jeepney driver and drives 12 hours a day including holidays, what would you expect for his total well being?  Do you think the driver can live longer?  Well it’s not all about blue collared jobs, but also inclusive for office workers, just like most of us.

Due to increased commercialization and tight competitions, companies nowadays hired least number of employees as soon as possible and maximize capacities.  What would you expect for these employees for their well-being?

A jeepney driver can have hemorrhoids and may lead to colon cancer

An accountant who rarely stood-up due to work queues, may got hypertension and may lead to coronary heart disease.

A messenger who always in the field are expose in external threat such road accident and air pollutants.

A lawyer might catch hypertension due to cases handled.

Leave That Job If…

If your job continuously giving you stress, restless nights, and zero to nothing vacation opportunities, why still staying on that company and look for better job that suits your personality.  As commonly said, our job consumed most of our time.

Life was set to be enjoyable and fruitful.  If you current job continuously wasting your life more than giving you financial benefits, then jump now and look for other companies that willing to hire you.

No job should be stressful.  Job was designed to be a mutual relationship between employer and an employee.  If your current job makes you terrible, just leave.
